Loved our stay, had memorable 1 day overall. The most important was the staff - accommodating and amiable people. The buffet breakfast was included and had a good choice of food. The location was ideal, around 10-15 minutes walk from Royal Armouries Museum.

This place is amazingly helpful because of the brilliant location and street views. Its continental breakfast is a must, with a wide array of cheap meals.

We had the most comfortable few days there. Cozy, clean hotel with welcoming rooms and outstandingly accommodating staff. There was plenty of food, in general it was delicious.

We loved reception, it was airy. We got room with perfect decor and a very spacious bathroom to relax.

Check-in was easy, staff was very pleasant. It was so close to nightclubs, buses and the centre, LOVELY location overall. Also, the corn exchange was placed nearby. The bar was nice.

having a shower, hair dryers and bathrobes was a bonus. we spent our evenings in nearby the adelphi enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

Our experience was excellent. The bed was nice, after a long drive. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like The Alchemist that was only 5 minutes' walk away. All the personnel was professional.
